Access & Delivery

The Game UI Toolkit is a digital product. Nothing is printed, boxed or couriered — there's no physical shipping and no delivery address to enter. Instead, you get access online. This page explains exactly how and when.

How you receive it

After you settle the invoice, we email a private download link tied to your order, along with your licence details. The download is a single archive containing the component library, screen templates, token sheets, export files and the field guide, sorted into clearly labelled folders. No installer, no account to create, no license server to phone home.

When it arrives

We send the invoice within one business day of your order. Once your payment clears, the download link usually lands the same business day — often within a few hours. If a payment takes longer to confirm on your bank's side, delivery follows as soon as we see it settled. We work on Brazilian business hours, so orders placed late in the day or over a weekend may go out the next working morning.

The design-review add-on

If you added a design review, the toolkit is delivered the same way, and the review itself is scheduled by email. We aim to return your written report and annotated screens within five business days of receiving access to your build, and we'll confirm the exact dates with you upfront.

Trouble getting your files

Link expired, download stalled, or nothing showed up? First check your spam and promotions folders — automated mail sometimes lands there. Still nothing, or the archive won't open? Write to [email protected] with your order name and we'll re-issue a fresh link right away. Your access doesn't lapse because a link timed out; we'll always get you a working copy.

Updates

When we release an update within the version you bought, we email you a refreshed download link. There's nothing to reinstall — just pull the new files into your project.
