Refund Policy

The Game UI Toolkit is a digital product you download and keep, so refunds work a little differently than for a physical item. Here's exactly where we stand, in plain terms.

Before you download

Ordered but changed your mind, and we haven't sent the download link yet? Email us and we'll cancel the order and void the invoice, no questions and nothing owed. Because delivery hasn't happened, there's nothing to return.

After you download

Once the download link has been issued and used, the toolkit is in your hands and can't be returned like a boxed product. For that reason we don't offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after downloading. We show the contents, counts and formats on the site so you can decide before you buy — read the "What's inside" section and ask us anything first.

If the files are broken

If the download is corrupted, incomplete, or genuinely not as described on this site, that's on us. Tell us within fourteen days of delivery and we'll first try to fix it — re-send the files, patch the issue, get you a working copy. If we can't make it right, you get a full refund for the toolkit.

The design-review add-on

The review is a service delivered by our team. Before we've started work you can cancel for a full refund of the review portion. Once we've begun the assessment the review fee isn't refundable, since the work is being done. If we can't deliver the review within the agreed window for reasons on our side, you can choose a reschedule or a refund of the review fee.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your order name and email and a line on what's wrong. We reply within a business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your provider. This policy sits alongside — and never overrides — your rights under Brazilian consumer law.
