Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data HUDCraft collects, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it. It covers this website and the forms you fill in here. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

Only what you type. When you order the Game UI Toolkit or write to us, that's your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the plan you picked, and anything you add in the message box. Our host also keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, timestamps — for security and to fix things when they break.

Why we use it

We use your details to send your invoice, deliver your download, answer your questions and, if you booked a design review, schedule it. That's the whole list. We don't sell your data, rent it, or feed it into advertising you didn't ask for.

Legal basis

We process your data to take the steps you asked for before we agree on anything, and on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and running the studio. For a Brazil-based team, this sits under the LGPD.

How long we keep it

Order records stay as long as we need them to support your licence and meet tax and accounting duties, then we delete or anonymise them. General enquiries that don't turn into orders are cleared out once the conversation is closed.

Who else sees it

Only the providers that help us operate — email, hosting, invoicing — and only the minimum they need to do their job. They're bound to protect it. We hand data to anyone else only when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or tell us to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we'll act within a reasonable window. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can also raise it with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
